This work is for parents who:
- Love their children deeply but sometimes react in ways they later regret
- Feel worn down by power struggles, yelling, or constant correction
- Want to understand the triggers and patterns they bring into parenting
- Want to set limits without relying on fear or control
- Believe repair matters more than perfection
The goal isn’t to become a perfect parent. It’s to respond with greater calm, clarity, and connection.

Host an in-home Wisdom Gathering, invite friends, and receive private coaching as a thank-you for bringing people together.
Together, we explore ideas from the Tao, Dr. Shefali, Eckhart Tolle, Wayne Dyer, and Western psychology—and talk about how they show up in everyday life.
Come to listen, question, share, or simply be curious.

Words of Wisdom to Mothers
Coming October 2026
8-week Parenting Intensive
Raising the Next Generation
Helping children grow into who they are—not who the world tells them they should be.
Children today are growing up surrounded by powerful messages about who they should be, how they should look, what they should achieve, and where they should belong.
This 8-week intensive helps parents recognize the expectations and fears they may unknowingly bring into parenting—and learn how to support confidence, empathy, self-trust, and a strong sense of identity in their children.
The goal is not to shape our children into who we think they should be, but to create the conditions for them to discover who they already are.

The hardest part isn’t always the raised voice.
It’s the silence afterward.
The replaying.
The self-criticism.
The fear that you’re repeating something you never wanted to pass on.
You don’t need more parenting tips.
You need a way to interrupt the pattern at its root.
Most parents don’t struggle with love.
They struggle with reactivity.
If you’ve ever walked away from a hard moment thinking,
“That’s not the parent I want to be,” you’re seeing a pattern.
And patterns can change.
Why Roots2Leaves?
Roots2Leaves is inspired by the idea that lasting change begins
beneath what we can see.
The yelling, resistance, anxiety, or power struggle may be what
appears on the surface. But underneath are the patterns,
expectations, fears, and beliefs shaping how we respond.
When we understand the root, we have the freedom to grow
differently.
Understand the root.
Change the pattern.
Grow the relationship.
