Where Conscious Living Takes Root

For the Conscious Warrior in Parenting, Relationships, and Self-Leadership

About R2L

Roots2Leaves is a conscious living ecosystem inspired by The Giving Tree—honoring the deep love that gives, grows, and ultimately transforms. Through Roots, we support parents in conscious parenting; 2 represents a living, mindful community where people gather to learn and grow together; and Leaves to Blossoms focuses on empowered relationships—for parents, non-parents, singles, and couples.

At the foundation is The Beneath, our overnight newborn care service, where families receive not only expert, nurturing support—but also a personalized Baby Beneath Report based on their baby’s time of birth, offering insight into their child’s unique Sun, Moon, and Ascendant blueprint. Together, Roots2Leaves welcomes anyone ready to become more aware, more conscious, and more connected—to themselves, their children, and their relationships.

Roots -

Conscious Parenting

Roots supports parents in doing the inner work that transforms how they show up with their children. Grounded in conscious parenting principles and teachings from leaders such as Dr. Shefali, Eckhart Tolle, Wayne Dyer, and Dr. Gabor Maté, this space helps parents move from reactivity to presence—so children are met with understanding, not projection.

2gether -

Living Mindfully

Community gatherings/Resource Library—a space designed for real connection, shared presence, and meeting face to face in a world that often forgets the power of being together. Rooted in both Western psychology and Eastern philosophy, this community offers ongoing Tao meetings, in-person circles, and a living library of resources that provide clarity, direction, and support for everyday life.

Here, individuals, mothers, and parents come to slow down, reflect, and reconnect—with themselves and one another—finding grounded guidance, meaningful conversation, and a sense of belonging..

2 Blossoms

Devoted to Conscious, Empowered Relationships—whether with a partner, family, or oneself. Open to parents, non-parents, singles, and women seeking deeper self-leadership, this offering supports healing relational patterns, embodying self-responsibility, and awakening into more authentic connection.

Journey Beneath the Roots

is a compassionate layer of support for families adjusting to life with a newborn.  This sacred nighttime support helps regulate rhythms, ease parental anxiety, and strengthen the early foundations of secure attachment. The night hours often carry unspoken worries and tender questions; this journey provides steady reassurance, practical wisdom, and emotional grounding. As parents recover and babies settle into natural rhythms, a deeper sense of trust, clarity, and connection begins to take root.

CONSCIOUS PARENTING WORKSHOPS

Empowering Parents and Children

Through Meaningful Connections

You don’t lose your temper because you’re a bad parent.
You lose it because your body learned leadership through stress.

If you don’t interrupt that pattern, your child may learn the same.

If you’ve ever walked away after reacting and felt the weight of shame settle in your chest — you’re not alone.

The spiral that follows isn’t proof that you’re failing.
It’s proof that you care.

And caring is the foundation we build from.

That speaks directly to the internal spiral.

Conscious Foundations for Parents

The Book discussions and the Workshops are designed to shift parents from reactivity to awareness.

Rather than focusing primarily on managing children’s behavior, these works invite parents to look inward and explore how their own conditioning, expectations, and emotional patterns shape the family dynamic.

Together, they present the idea that parenting can become a powerful path of personal growth. Everyday moments with our children—especially the challenging ones—can reveal the deeper beliefs and reactions we carry from our own upbringing. By becoming aware of these patterns, parents can begin to respond with greater presence, compassion, and authenticity.  Through deep understanding you can interrupt the pattern before it becomes your child's inner voice.

From Consciousness
to Liberation

Awareness alone doesn’t change a pattern. Understanding your triggers is powerful — but sustainable change requires structure, repetition, and accountability.

Anxiety to inner stability.png

From Anxiety
to Inner Stability

This workshop helps parents understand how anxiety is transmitted through nervous systems—and how to interrupt that cycle. Participants learn to recognize fear-based reactions, build internal steadiness, and create emotional safety for themselves and their children. The result is less worry, more trust, and a calmer presence at home.

Power Struggles.png

From Power Struggles
to Connection

Power struggles often arise when control replaces connection. This workshop explores why conflicts escalate, how ego-driven dynamics take over, and what it means to lead from inner authority rather than force. Parents leave with a new way of responding that dissolves battles and restores mutual respect.

Introduction to the Three Pillars

At the heart of conscious parenting and meaningful relationships are three guiding principles: Awareness Before Change, Calm Authority Over Control, and Repair Builds Resilience.

These pillars shift the focus away from quick fixes and toward deeper understanding. Awareness Before Change reminds us that real transformation begins with seeing ourselves clearly—our triggers, expectations, and patterns. Calm Authority Over Control encourages a grounded leadership style where presence and steadiness guide children more effectively than force or fear. And Repair Builds Resilience recognizes that mistakes and conflicts are inevitable, but when we repair with honesty and care, we strengthen trust, connection, and emotional resilience.

Together, these pillars create a framework for raising children—and relating to one another—with greater consciousness, compassion, and stability.

When we lead with awareness, guide with calm authority, and embrace repair, we create relationships where both parents and children grow stronger together.

Calm Authority Over Control

Breaking the Pattern, an 8-week intensive for parents who are ready to move beyond insight and into implementation.

Over eight weeks, we build:

• Your personal reactivity map
• A calm authority framework
• A repair system that reduces guilt
• A long-term blueprint for raising emotionally secure children

This is for parents who are willing to look inward — and lead differently.

Repair Builds Resilience

Private coaching

This approach encourages families to move away from control, fear, and rigid expectations, and toward a more conscious way of relating. As parents grow in awareness, the entire family environment can shift—creating space for deeper connection, mutual respect, and emotional understanding.

What if the challenges we experience with our children are not problems to fix, but invitations to grow?

Awareness Before Change

I want to begin by acknowledging something most parents don’t say out loud.

It’s not the yelling that hurts the most.

It’s what happens afterward — when you withdraw, feel ashamed, and question whether you’re shaping your child in ways you swore you wouldn’t.

If that’s ever been you, you’re in the right space.

Calm Authority Over Control

Many of you recognize that spiral after you react.  The fear that you are shaping something you didn't intend to shape.  The worry that this is how patterns repeat.  I want you to hear this clearly.  Patterns repeat when they go unexamined.  But you're here.  Which means the pattern has already  been interrupted once - by awareness.  Now the work becomes building structure around that awareness.  That's what the 8-week program is designed to do.

Repair Builds Resilience

I’m a certified conscious life coach with a psychology degree.  I specialize in helping self-aware but overwhelmed women break generational reactivity patterns through structured nervous-system and leadership frameworks. My focus is calm authority and long-term emotional resilience for self-leadership.

“What would it mean for your family dynamic to feel calm six months from now?”

 About Carolyne Marie

I believe most parents don’t struggle with love — they struggle with reactivity.

They care deeply. They read the books. They want to raise emotionally secure children.

And yet, in stressful moments, something automatic takes over.

A tone.
A shutdown.
A reaction that feels inherited rather than intentional.

My work focuses on helping high-functioning, self-aware parents break generational emotional patterns so they can lead their families with calm authority instead of guilt or overwhelm.

I hold a degree in psychology and have spent the past six years immersed in advanced training in conscious parenting and nervous-system-informed coaching. My approach integrates behavioral science, emotional regulation tools, and structured leadership frameworks.

This is not about perfection.

It’s about awareness, structure, and sustainable change.

I work with parents who are ready to:

• Understand their trigger patterns
• Replace control with calm leadership
• Repair without shame
• Raise emotionally resilient children
• Break cycles without breaking connection

Parenting is leadership.

And leadership begins with self-regulation.

If you’re ready to interrupt the patterns you inherited and create something steadier for your children, I’d be honored to work with you.

Work With Me.

Raising the Next Generation with Awareness

How do we support boys and girls in growing into their authentic selves in a world constantly shaping who they think they should be?

The upcoming books Raising Conscious Sons and Raising Conscious Daughters explore the unique cultural pressures boys and girls face as they grow up today.

These teachings encourage parents and mentors to create environments where boys can develop strength rooted in empathy and girls can remain grounded in confidence and self-trust—supporting children in discovering who they truly are rather than shaping them into who we think they should become.

Join the conversation as we reflect together on how awareness in ourselves helps nurture the next generation.

The hardest part isn’t the raised voice.
It’s the silence afterward.

The replaying.
The self-criticism.
The fear that you’re becoming what hurt you.

You don’t need more parenting tips.
You need a way to interrupt the pattern at its root.

Most parents don’t struggle with love.
They struggle with reactivity.

If you’ve ever walked away after yelling and thought,
“That’s not the parent I want to be,”
you’re not broken — you’re patterned.

And patterns can be changed.
